Why is this here?

I'm just taking a look at how Blogger works.... Please note that this is NOT the real location for blog from OUR kitchen, which is at http://etherwork.net/blog/

The main reason I created it was because of Food Blog S'cool. I have to say that so far, I'm finding that Blogger is not very intuitive.
