flagging objectionable content on blogger

I'm getting pretty sick of spam emails and just sent the following to blogger support. (It took me a while to find where to do this but I believe I found the correct spot at

I am a member of a support team for my websitehost. I recently received an alleged "help request" that turned out not to be a request for help but instead was merely links to the following blogger sites:

Please note that there is an almost immediate javascript redirect to non blogger cookie loading site with several links to gambling. Disabling javascript shows that there is only one post per site and no "flag as objectionable content" links on either of the sites.

With javascript enabled, it is impossible to flag the sites as "objectionable" because of the automatic redirects to online casino sites. I don't know absolutely that these sites are in violation of the TOS, but I believe that online gambling is illegal in the USA. TOS writes:
Member further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense
But even if it is not against the blogger TOS, it certainly seems to go directly against what blogger is about.

I'm hoping that this will be sufficient reason for blogger to remove all priviledges for

Thank you.

Sincerely yours,

I got an automatic reply confirming receipt of my message. I await an actual response....

(I have to say that it was rather difficult to track down the TOS! There is no link to the TOS in the dashboard area, nor on the main Help page. It wasn't until I searched "objectionable content" that I finally found the link. Perhaps this is one reason why it is so simple for some people to violate the TOS.

I have no idea if anyone reads this blog. My guess is no. But at the risk of getting inundated with spamming nonsense, I'll enable comments for this post anyway just in case.)
